Someone else is using my Purchase Code?

Hello, I can't use my plugin It gives me an error that someone else is using my purchase code? Plugin already registered on another domain, please revoke it to move the license to this new domain:..... I cant remove the license to this domain because its not my website, I have all the information about my plugin if you need it.
