Skipping post and not importing

Hello! I've noted this on my logs: [18-Nov-2022 00:43:35 Etc/GMT+3] Skipping post "Cristina Fernández: "Los que cambiamos la Argentina después del 2001 fuimos nosotros"", because it is already posted. Nevertheless, the problem is this post never it was created. I really dont understand why it's happening this everyday. By othe side, most of times I run some rules manually, it shows a Yellow Diamond intead a Green Check, what it means thats? Thank you
