SEO Title and image question

First off, I love your product! Now onto my issues: 1. I am running the Amazon review creator and it is putting 2024 in the title tag. Where is that coming from and how do I tell the system that it's halfway through 2025? 2. Each featured image is only 250x250 in size. Is there a way for them to be larger?
