SEO Meta Description Options

Hi, I use Yoast SEO plugin - and saw that your plugin can update SEO meta title and description using AI. I understand that I can enable this on Content Editor > Edit Template Manager. However, I just want to understand will it update all : Wordpress Pages Wordpress Post Woocommerce Shop Categories Also, if I have already added meta title and description for those pages, posts and shop categories - will it overide everything ? Kindly let me know
