Rules not updating although I tried updating the Crons.

Hi Sabiz, I'm having issues similar to a previous ticket. I have several rules not updating.  I have to go in and manually update them. I followed the Cron step and I still can't get it to work.  Called my Admin Support and they were unable to assist.  Can you provide more details or help to fix this issue.   Im hosting with siteground.com and I followed these steps https://www.siteground.com/tutorials/wordpress/real-cron-job/ Admin said the job was running however, the echo RSS feeds completely stopped.
