RSS feed will not import

Hi :-) I've tried setting this up to pull one RSS feed to create posts, and after numerous attempts, I still have the red "X" showing under "Actions", and nothing is pulled. I saw in a post by someone with the same issue that we need to email you with login credentials, and I just now did that to shorten the wait time for the solution. Thank you so much in advance :-)
