RSS Autoretrieve/Schedule not working for a specific URL (https)

I have been able to successfully use the RSS scheduler on a number of other feeds, all http.  But one feed is https and it will only pull when I manually run the rule.  When I manually run the rule, it works well, but it will not auto-run. Is there anything special that needs to be done to get it to auto-run on schedule if it is an https feed link? Or is there another issue at work here?
