Refund Request for Youtubomatic – Plugin Fails to Work as Intended

Dear CodeRevolution Team, I’m requesting a refund for the **Youtubomatic Automatic Post Generator** plugin, purchased via CodeCanyon. Despite repeated attempts over the past few weeks, the plugin has failed to perform its core function: automatically importing YouTube videos to my WordPress site with correct metadata, thumbnails, and publishing settings. Here is a brief summary of the extensive troubleshooting we undertook: 1. ✅ Installed and configured the plugin on my WordPress website. 2. ✅ Created a valid YouTube Data API key in Google Cloud Console, with no restrictions and linked to my YouTube channel. 3. ✅ Verified that the API key was active and correctly entered in the plugin settings. 4. ✅ Set up a rule using my channel ID, ensured it was active, and configured it to run every 24 hours. 5. ✅ Enabled advanced settings such as: * Auto Get Featured Image * Proper post title/content formatting * Draft or Published post options 6. ✅ Confirmed that the plugin fetched *some* videos as draft posts, but: * Thumbnails were not pulled (despite the correct setting) * Tags were missing * Some videos were skipped entirely 7. ✅ Checked logs regularly and continuously received "No posts inserted because no videos found" errors. 8. ✅ Re-created rules, re-generated API keys, cleared cache, and ran tests manually. 9. ✅ Tried fallback image shortcodes (%%video_thumbnail%%) with no success. At this point, it’s clear the plugin does not function reliably with my YouTube channel, even with a properly configured environment. Given the repeated failures despite exhaustive setup, I kindly request a **full refund** under the Envato Market refund policy. Thank you for your understanding. I look forward to your confirmation. Best regards, Natasha Bailey soulmission.uk
