Problem with Iomatic Chat

Greetings. I have installed the plugin in my local wordpress. I have entered my openAI key. I have entered my purchase code. When I try to test the "playground" the "text editing" tab works fine with the gpt-3.5-turbo model, but when I try to test the Aiomatic Chat, it always gives me this message: "Failed to generate content, try again later." And the chat does not send me an answer to my questions. What happen? What is the problem? Thank you.
