Post is not generated from rule

Hello, I have created automatic rules for Category-Technology, TechCrunch, CNET, Engadget etc. Posts are only generated from Category-Tech.. rule but not from other specific sites. Posts are not generated from other rules even I click manually RUN THE RULE. I am facing same with Other topic as sports and entertainment. Picture is attached.
