Plugin WordPressomatic can’t work

Hello,   I have just purchased a license to use the wordpressomatic plugin. I am testing different websites, different numbers of publications, with posts, pages, etc, but none of them work. The status always stays the same and the green checkbox never arrives. Can you please tell me if I am doing something or if there is a problem with this plugin? Thank you very much.
