Plugin registration failed

Hi, I recently bought the Newsomatic plugin. Actually I want to install it on a localhost. and "plugin registration failed" I check many times the Envato Purchase code and it is correct. Is there a possibility to check if I already installed this plugin on another site ? and in this case, possibility to deactivate it ? Thanks for your help
