Plugin does not automatically publish articles.

I installed the plugin and set up the import of articles through an RSS feed. But the articles are imported only when I click the "Run rule now" button. Articles are not published automatically. There was a period of about a week when articles were automatically published. Now this is not happening. And this is what I see now: It shows that the next automatic publication will be on May 24. Today is June 14. :
