Persistent chat not working (Not showing logs)

Hi, I have activated the persistent chat function however there are no logs showing under the "User Conversation Manager". I am using the function "Only save chat logs" - "Ebale persistent chat also fo non logged users" " Chat Logs Expiration Time For Not Logged In Users (Seconds): - 60 seconds". On the chatbot page I am using the relevant shorcode [aiomatic-chat-form persistent="on"]. As Open AI model I am using 4o - 2024 11 20 (Vision). Please see screenshots attached and assist. Regards!
