PerfBoost scheduled-plugin – scheduled rules not working

Hello, I just bought this plugin to schedule disable-enable of a plugin in our website. I added the rule but it never runs by itself. If i press the action button Run Rule now it works... but not with the schedule i need it. Also no log of the actions is stored no matter if i enabled the option to log everything. Please help.
