PDFs with Pinecone not uploading

I've acquired the PDF option and would like to upload PDFs to talk to them. I've a Pinecone account with settings "cosine" and "1536". Whenever I try to upload files there is the message "Failed to upload the PDF file, please try again later." Any idea?
