Not able to get full article and translation also not working

My Purchase Code: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx It seems I am unable to set up the plugin properly.

1. Not able to get full article even after following the detailed and step by step video.
2. Articles are not getting translated to Hindi, however, for the first time, it had translated and now gone away.
3. Whichever source I select, by default after saving, it gets reset to "Any"
