No search results and error generating images

Hi, I have two issues.  Firstly, I can't get the AI Internet Access to work. It's all setup correctly as per your video tutorial but it doesn't search the internet for results. See internet logs screenshot attached. Secondly, I can't generate images (image error screenshot). I always get this error message, using Dall-e or Stability. Same problems whether on live site or playground. I've even re-installed plugin on another domain (but same host) and get same results. Could be a hosting issue, but not sure. I'm with Cloudways running PHP 8.2. Help please.
