NO CHANGE – NO NEW POSTS CREATED

Hi Team I have buy Quoramatic - Questions and Answers Post Generator Plugin for WordPress and setup rule as per your video tutorial, but every time I run the rules no post fetch. It shows NO CHANGE – NO NEW POSTS CREATED Can you please look into this urgently.
