New rule button doesn’t show

Hi, I’ve installed Youtubomatic, activated my license and YouTube API key, and confirmed it's the latest version. However, the YouTube to Posts interface does not show an “Add New Rule” option, and I cannot create any rule. I have already tried: Switching to Twenty Twenty-Five theme Deactivating all other plugins Reinstalling the plugin via cPanel The plugin is active, but the interface is broken — I can see the green rule header row, but no input fields or buttons.
