Need to uninstall and install again

Hi Admins i have installed the plugin on my website www.tgpnews.com https://prnt.sc/shcbz2 for some reason the website not opening in some networks and chrome browser too. So hosting company said they will remove this account and host it once again if we host this website once again, and install the plugin once again, do i need to purchase new license?? i use the plugin for this same site only awaiting for your update   Regards Venkat
