Need help with Chatbot persona and shortcodes

Hey there! I am building a site which will have specific posts with a lot of data that I want my personas to be based on. If I want my persona to be based on specific posts, how do I use the shortcodes %%post_title%%, %%post_content%%, %%post_content_plain_text%% to reference the specific posts I need it to be based on? Can you give me an example? Just want to make sure I put the right things in between the % signs. Thanks a lot.
