Need additional functionality

Is it possible to add some functionality to the plugin? If yes, how much would it cost? We need to be able to "expire" blog posts based on the text field. Here is an example of the post we have: https://ultimatejvlist.com/live-event/test-event-2/ It has a text field "Start Date: --/--/----" (see attached image) This text  is generated by Gravity Forms plugin, but it is a text field (not a dynamic date field) Is it possible to expire posts based on the date shown in this field? Thanks.
