multiliv – not creating youtube live feeds

I have checked all possibilities, but the multiliv script does not create youtube live streams from uploaded videos.  I have checked the following: a) Posts are created with video b) All settings are default c) I have checked the Youtube stream keys d) ffmpeg is installed website: istream.guru I can't share login details in an open forum.
