Multi Live Error “package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found”

I tried to upload and install the plugin Multi Live Plugin in my Newly created site. The installation says the following errors: Unpacking the package… Installing the plugin… The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found. Plugin installation failed.
