Max post only doing 10 posts, even though set to 300

Hi there, Is there a maximum number of posts that the plugin can import at once? I'm trying to import blogs from my old site to a staging site via the plugin and have Max Posts set to 300, but no matter what I do it will only import the most recent 10. Please let me know what I can do to resolve this. Thanks, Connor
