Issue with activating Aimogen Pro license key (Shows “pirated version” error)

Hello, I recently purchased a regular license for Aimogen Pro (via Envato/Videohive), but I am running into trouble activating the plugin on my WordPress site. When I try to input and activate my valid purchase code/license key Item Purchase Code: **********, the plugin rejects it and displays an error saying "You are using a PIRATED version of the plugin!" even though I bought it legitimately. Could you please look into my account or license status and help me resolve this activation issue?
