I have 8 rules – none of them ran except very old rule

Hi, Something is not right here.  I have 8 rules - none of them ran.  I'm not sure why. I also keep getting and old post that gets pulled into the rule that I do not want, so every day I have to delete it. Is there a way to not get posts I don't want other than deleting them daily?  In my case, I have to delete this post for almost a month. Thanks
