How to use RSS real images in Bulk Post Creator

I have RSS feeds set to create bulk AI posts and it's working well. However, I don't want to use AI generated images. Is there a way to use an image from the RSS feed article as both the post feature image as well as at the top of the article (via prepend HTML)? I also have your Echo RSS app so I can see this is possible but can't figure out how to do it with the Aiomatic plugin. Thank you!
