How to use Aiomatic to post to Facebook

Hi, in the plugin description, it mentions using the AI generation to be able to schedule bulk posts to Facebook but I can't see any guidance videos or features for this in the plugin dashboard. Does one have to also have the F-0matic plugin and nest content to make this feature work? Grateful for a walkthrough if possible.
