How grab only specified user from Quora?

Hi RE: “Quoramatic - Questions and Answers Post Generator for WordPress Help” I need to harvest posts, questions, answers tht only are from a specific author. Am building a site for a client who uses Quora and need to get her communications from Quora into her Blog, using your plugin. Can this be done by specifying "keywords"? Just how would you do this? thanks
