How do I stop ECHO RSS from scraping the same image twice in a post

I like this plugin and its functionality, this is my second license, I have 3 support questions: 1) The plugin posts two idendical featured images per post, how can I stop this? Only one image is needed. 2) what does these two items 'Page Screenshot Width' 'Page Screenshot Height' under Post Content Options, do? how does it affect what is posted? 3) How do I stop posts with no images / featured images?
