How can get automatic categories for each wp post?

How can get automatic categories for each wp post, from the title keys?  It had been working intermittently, but now it only creates "uncategorized" categories for each post. I have this unchecked--> "<b>Do Not Generate Inexistent Categories for New Posts:</b>" TY
