Getting an error “undefined”

When trying to add an AI image to an article, I type in my prompt and select all of the values but when I try to create the image, it spins for a while and comes back with the word "undefined" under the generate button. It happens if I use OpenAI or Stable Diffusion. Verified all settings and API's are valid.
