Feeds not updating as scheduled

Hi Kisded, On our site, I'm having issues with a single (but important) RSS feed updating as scheduled.  It will usually update 2-3 times throughout the day, but then the update process doesn't happen for the remainder of the day.  When I go in and manually trigger an update, it works without any issue. I currently have it set to update every 2 hours.  When I look at the logging, I see the successful attempts to update the feed, but I don't see the failed attempts.  To my untrained eye, it looks like the feed isn't getting triggered by the tool.
