feed set

i would like to know the correct settings or setup so newsomatic will auto fetch new posts? For some reason I don't think I have it set correct. Do i need more compaigns for a category? do i need to have them set smaller, like 25? I'm just trying to make sure i have this setup to work correctly and automaticly fetch. thanks
