feed creation, not run automatically, html class collection from feed

Please help under the mentioned issue- 1. How to create a valid rss feed from  https://arabnewswire.com/ 2. I think your plugin is not run automatically after fixed schedule(12 hourly), See attached image. 3. most important issue: Can I get html class in created feed from any website.Please see the image.
