Featured image and full post is not sowing

when any new post appears, it does not show the featured Image on opening the new post in new tab. also, it does not show in the thumbnail. and the content is not shown. only read more button is shown and the rest of the post is not available. when I click on read more button then it redirects to the main website where from where the content of the post was originated. please help.
