Failed to run job: Rule running failed: fail

Hello - When I try to generate an article I get this message "Failed to run job: Rule running failed: fail". I created an API key and pasted it into the correct place I think and went through the settings the best I could. Is there something else I need to do? Thank you for your help in advance.
