Failed to log in to Instagram

I'm unable to get the plugin to log in to Instagram. I have Instagram Two Factor Verification Code on and when I verify the two factor code, I'm shown the following wordpress error: There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
