Facebook app authorization

Hi i submitted a facebook app to approval, but it was refused because not needed for my website. I ask for appoval the below functions: publish_pages manage_pages page_public_content_access I would like to post from facebook and viceversa. How can I do? otherwise the plugin is unusable. Thanks
