Excess and Repeated Questions

Hello, During the writing of articles I have 2 issues that keep arising. 1) Repeat Content/Questions [see screenshot below] - the content being written keeps creating repeat information but in a different way. How can we reduce this, I have even added this in the prompt to ChatGPT to avoid duplicate/similar questions to be answered in Articles. 2) Broken text/formatting on Articles [see screenshot below] - when prompted to write and use H2/H3 heading it showcases them in a particular way that looks broken on the article.
