Error messages and presales questions

Hello, I have the following questions: 1. i get an error message "An API error occurred with the following response body: Failed to generate text!" after a short time when calling "Generate AI content using Aiomatic" and selecting "write an article about this". The password for the API is ok and also "[aiomatic-chat-form]" works. What is the reason for this? 2. The ChatGPT API is very error-prone and slow compared to the ChatDashboard. I am thinking about replacing this with your service AIomatic API. How good is the language (German and English needed) capability of your service compared to ChatGPT? Is it possible to try it out? Where is the data sent - to servers in Europe or the US? This is important for my customers. They don't want to send the data to the USA for General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance reasons, but only within the EU.
