Error: insufficient_balance

I've keep getting this error: Invalid return code from API: 429 Error: insufficient_balance: Your organization does not have enough balance to request this action (need $0.03164576400000001, have $0.02847968 in active grants, $0 in balance). https://prnt.sc/eMlCVAo0A2Kj But I'm VERY sure I have more than enough balance in my stability account API to generate images, because of this I haven't been able to generate featured images for my blog posts. Please let me know how to resolve this.
