Error during importing posts from Facebook to WordPress

Hello! I'm trying to run import from FB to WP. I have created an app in Facebook dev, I have cookies copied from additional FB account and nothing, still get fail message. Can you help me? Maybe I'm missing something in settings?   Also, is it possible to get help with app verification on Facebook site? I've tried several times, based on your tutorial, and still they deny it.
