Envato Purchase Code

Hi, I bought Newsomatic a while ago and I installed it on a domain but I am no longer have that domain active. I want to use Newsomatic on a new domain but when I enter the Envato purchase code for Newsomatic, it does not work. I think the purchase code that has been registered under the old domain but I have already removed all cpanel/wordpress installation. Could you please assist and help me on this.  I can provide the evidence of purchase when required. Many thanks,
