Echo RSS Installation Issue

After successful purchase, I unzipped the package and I uploaded the Echo Plugin successfully and clicked on Activate and it took me to a page that says Plugin Does Not Exist. It has also suspended my hosting account Why is this plugin causing problem? I am currently using Hitmag theme for my news Kindly refund me. It is obviously something is wrong
