Duplicate Content De-indexed by google

Hi, The plugin is generating what appears to be duplicate content and it looks like google is de-indexing some. Have a look at the results of this search: https://www.kitchenwareratings.kitchen/?s=Dash+Tasti-Crisp+Express+Air+Fryer Not sure why is this happening even if my seetings are set to process keyword once. Secondly, Is there a way to ensure that article titles dont look similar?   Have a look at the attachment, I had about 1170 post indexed and the number is dropping.
