domains deactivation

Hi I purchased the plugin a long time ago for a project that never happened. I would like to use it for another domain. The plugin tells me to "Error in registration process: Plugin already registered on another domain, please revoke it to move the license to this new domain: https://bukvarcheto.com" From where is this posible as there are no more instructions on it
