Doesn’t generate content – Amazomatic Support

Hello, Wondering if you can assist on the configuration with the Amazonmatic plugin.  Keep getting red "x" when trying to generate post and / or products.  Created Amazon Affiliate account and also a cloud account in order to get the Amazon Access Key ID and the Amazon Secret Access Key.  Nothing doesn't work. I've included log entries for the error codes.  Also, when trying to understand what the Red "X" is, one of your website is showing a critical error.
